Amma Cheppindi !!!! (Mother Told me)

This is a new telugu movie released couple of days ago. As usual our battalion went to the movie. We expected a lot from the movie, as this team's earlier movies are very nice. But it was sad. To some extent it is ok. The only thing lacking in the movie is good direction. As the director is not experienced, the scenes are so disjoint. He added a patriotism flavor to the movie at the end.

I awarded PhD Degree!!!!!!

Tomorrow IITMs (28/07/2006) 43rd convocation. Rehearsals have undergone today for that. I have accidently went there to see that. They called some students for rehearsal. I went four times and shook hands with the Director. For four times I went when the respective HoDs are announcing PhD students. Thts it......nothing more than that. I hope one day I too will get PhD degree...........first let me get MS degree.....from here..........

Selfishness.......

Are you selfish then dont read this article?. I am not that selfish guy. That is y I am writing this. Every one will show their selfishness at some point of time in their life. But then, the result of this selfish could be too harsh sometimes. Check out the following points. If you find your self 'Yes' for atleast half of the answers, then you are selfish.

1. Are you thinking that why should I do something, which will not give directly anything to me?
2. Have you considered atleast showing sympathy to others, who are in some trouble, if not money??
3. Have you ever think of the progress of 'whole' but not the 'part of it'?

These are all my views.......dont believe them........if you find somethig wrong .....plz let me know.

If you have observed the above sites, only one common thing you can find in those sites. All of their aim is to run applications on the browser itself. It has been tried to the extent that even an OS can also be run from the browser!!!.

Lets wait for changes in technologies.........njoy them.........Appreciate them.........possibly think innovative ideas..............

DOS Lab unique in its management and administration. Students are the solo administrators of the Lab. Different types of administrations are:

• System administration
  
• Website administration
• Library administration
• Seminars Co-ordninator etc

Among the above listed ones, I am participating in Website (core) as well as system administration. Managing a website is not an easy task as it is seen by entire world with the internet. Some of the questions that you could possibly think of before /after choosing the web administration job are:

1. First know the different concepts and technologies which can be used to set up an website?
   
• What is OS platform, webserver, different languages and/or scripts??
• First two will predominantly determine your next options.
  
2. Some common problems that you may face are:
• How do you avoid listing directories in the website?
• How do you avoid using frames in the website?(as they have their own disadvantages)
• How do you password protect one folder with Apache Webserver?
• How do you disallow some IP address from visiting your website?
• How do you keep track of visitors to your website?
• How do you create Login authentication system for you portal/system?
• How do you facilitate search option for you website?
• How do you make your site look and feel good?( CSS)
• How do you display your website contents independent of browser?
• How do you access database from scripting languages?
• How do you populate the data from databases into the webpages?
• How do you create a blog for your website?

After a month nearly......

This period of time is enough for an ordinary to see drastic changes in his lifestyle, but not in case of me !!! . Things are not going fine. I am not confirmed with my research problem, but sticked onto one thing. Mean while for three days I went out for a trip along with parents. I saw Madhurai, Rameswaram, Kanyakumari. All of them are famous for shrines. Some of my Photography is shown below in figures.


















First is Rameswaram temple. Second is Pamban bridge in rameswaram. Third is status in Kanyakumari.
Fourth Madhura Meenakshi temple. Fifth is Vivekanada memorial center in Kanyakumari.

It was nice trip, but no frnds. After coming back I thought I could start working seriously. I am doing that......
